Any issues requiring support not covered by the package will be flagged immediately, along with a set of recommendations for a swift resolution.

Adept Server Contract

The Adept Server Contract offers 24/7 proactive monitoring and full remote software support to help ensure your server is running securely and effectively. It will include general maintenance actions such as AV scans and remediation for infections, driver updates for servers, and more.
