What Type of Support Contracts Do We offer?

 

Fully Managed IT Support Contract

We will take care of all your IT support for a fixed monthly cost, which will give you all the benefits of your own IT support team but at a fraction of the price.  Not only does this IT contract make budgeting easier but it provides unlimited IT support so you don’t need to worry about how many hours you have used within a given time period.  It also enables us to provide clients with an in-depth, pro-active and truly bespoke service.  We will consistently monitor your IT needs to ensure that your business operates securely and with speed and efficiency.

Includes:

  • Unlimited IT Support
  • Phone or email response within 2 working hours
  • Remote support within 4 working hours
  • On-site response (if required) within 8 working hours
  • Annual IT Health Check for all IT systems
  • Annual IT Strategy Review

 

Retained IT Support with SLA

For as little as £15 per month, our retained IT Support will include Help Desk telephone support and access to remote support and on-site engineers when you most need it.  With Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) in place you can take comfort that your IT matters will be dealt with in a timely and efficient manner so that you can get on with your business.   We take a pro-active approach to our client’s IT and you will receive a yearly IT health check and strategy review to ensure that your systems are secure, operating efficiently and meeting the evolving needs of your business.

Includes:

  • Phone or email response within 2 working hours
  • Remote support within 4 working hours
  • On-site response (if required) within 8 working hours
  • Annual IT Health Check for all IT systems
  • Annual IT Strategy Review
  • Monthly telephone support

 

Block Hours with FREE Retainer and SLA

Our Block Hours packages (pre-paid IT support hours) include a FREE Retainer and SLA.

5 hour Block Hours = Pay As You Go rate rate with FREE Retainer and SLA

10 Block Hours = 10% off standard rate with FREE Retainer and SLA

This is a cost effective option that helps you budget and gives you the confidence that reliable IT support is in place.

 

Pay As You Go

Only pay for IT Support when you need it.  You will have full access to our Help Desk, remote support and onsite engineers.  We take great pride offering a fast and effective service and even if you don’t have an IT Contract our standard response time is four hours and incidents are often dealt with directly, especially when critical.  Our remote software enables us to deal with many incidents immediately so you can get on with your business.
